Founder of the Weighting for Happiness Project
I started noticing the same pattern in women’s struggles with weight. Women were doing what they had been told to do; following plans, tracking food, starting over and trying again. Yet the same weight kept returning.

What was missing was not effort. It was a way to investigate why the cycle kept repeating.
I began having long, detailed conversations with women about their dieting history, childhood experiences with food and everyday eating patterns.

Across more than a thousand conversations, one thing became clear: every woman’s story was unique, but the pattern of weight regain was not. It followed logic. It was explainable and predictable.

Behind the repeated dieting, overeating and starting over was an eating system that had never been properly identified. The Weighting for Happiness Project was created to investigate that system and explain why the same eating responses keep repeating over time.
My work now sits at the intersection of systems thinking, women’s health and behavioural economics.

I don’t tell women what to eat. I help them investigate the food rules, emotional pressures and eating patterns that diets never examine; because when the eating system finally starts making sense, meaningful and lasting change no longer feels impossible.

We won't sell your data or provide access to any information you provide to outside parties with the following exception:
- You make a Credit Card Purchase
- Our website process payment via the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe collects information for the purposes of completing your transaction on our website. Their privacy statement can be found here.
- You purchase an online Program
- Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
- You can manage your stored credit information in the members area.
- You submit a question to us
- We will use your responses to make sure we're making the best and most relevant content for your needs, and for the needs of others like you. You can unsubscribe from our database at any time.
Returns Policy
as our material can be downloaded and used offline we do not offer a returns policy as such. We provide a Sample Session for you to trial before you order if you want to trial the Project that way.
