Founder Weighting for Happiness Project
Before creating the Weighting for Happiness Project, I worked as a registered nurse, midwife and health educator. I then spent many years in corporate roles using systems thinking to understand complex problems, not just fixing what was visible, but uncovering what was creating it underneath.

I started to see the same pattern in women’s struggles with weight. Women were doing what they were told: following plans, tracking food, trying again. Yet the weight kept returning. The problem wasn’t effort. It was the absence of a proper diagnostic.

I began having long, detailed conversations with women about their dieting history, childhood experiences with food, and everyday eating patterns.
Across more than a thousand conversations, one thing became clear: every woman’s story was unique, but the pattern of weight regain was not. It followed logic. It was explainable and predictable.

That pattern was being created by an eating system that had never been named. The Weighting for Happiness Project exists to make that system visible. My work now sits at the intersection of systems thinking, women’s health and behavioural economics.

I don’t tell women what to eat. I provide the roadmap, tools and guidance to uncover the underlying structure that keeps weight returning. Because once that structure is clear, lasting change becomes possible.

We won't sell your data or provide access to any information you provide to outside parties with the following exception:
- You make a Credit Card Purchase
- Our website process payment via the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe collects information for the purposes of completing your transaction on our website. Their privacy statement can be found here.
- You purchase an online Program
- Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
- You can manage your stored credit information in the members area.
- You submit a question to us
- We will use your responses to make sure we're making the best and most relevant content for your needs, and for the needs of others like you. You can unsubscribe from our database at any time.
Returns Policy
as our material can be downloaded and used offline we do not offer a returns policy as such. We provide a Sample Session for you to trial before you order if you want to trial the Project that way.
